The Hamburg-based functional beer start-up JoyBräu is the first food company to raise €2 million through a security token offering (blockchain-based financing). Venionaire Capital – being undeniably a first mover itself and always eager to pioneer projects – is pleased to announce its transaction partnership for the launch of the JoyBräu Security Token Offering (STO). The project is furthermore led by Black Manta Capital Partners from Munich, providing long-term experience in tokenising assets. JoyBräu will use the generated capital to expand the national and international brand awareness and sales. 

Talking about international ambitions 

Already in 2020 JoyBräu discovered huge potential in Far East. Asian markets are especially fond of everything “Made in Germany”. With this in mind they combined a typical European product like beer and the worldwide fitness trend. The outcome was vast: JoyBräu hit the bull’s eye. For that reason the company has already established promising Joint Ventures with local partners in China, Japan and South Korea. First orders and first shipments have already been placed and of course delivered successfully.

JoyBräu issues the “Well-Beering Token” from Sept. 30, 2022 – Dec. 31, 2022. Black Manta Capital Partners recommend to “Joy’n the beerolution”, starting from an investment amount of 500 €. They expect investors to allocate €2 million, receiving a 2% revenue share in the context of STO until 2029.  

Each token transaction is digitally documented on the Ethereum blockchain. Investors can access the tokens via common wallets and view the token value on a daily basis. Thanks to the innovative technology, the Well-Beering Tokens can be traded on the secondary market, similar to shares or market similar to shares or bonds.
