The European Super Angels Club (ESAC) offers its members access to international co-investments of European startups and an active fund management for the syndicated Super Angels Investments. At the heart of the ESAC are the recurring roadshows, in which five selected startups are presented at several European hubs. As a special incentive, the club’s board of directors invites selected startups to “satellite events” – with the last one taking place in New York City.

An increasing number of corporates in Europe discover the potential of their own corporate venture capital (CVC) funds as strategic mode of financing. However, building a partnership which allies fairness to strategical and financial benefits for both parties is extremely complex, and the cause of numerous failures. Venionaire is supporting corporates on how to launch a corporate venture fund.
