Venionaire Capital advises on six-figure investment in Salzburg-based start-up Sproof
Our transaction team proudly announced closing another sizeable early-stage investment in Salzburg, Austria. The round was led by the European Super Angels Club, advised by Venionaire Capital, and its advisors. This very first seed investment received by sproof.io will boost the expansion and growth plans of the company. Sproof.io is a fully eIDAS and GDPR compliant European challenger of DocuSign.
This startup is unique in many ways, it is a spin-off of Fachhochschule Salzburg, is led by blockchain and privacy data academics, and co-founded by a seasoned professional software sales expert. The founders have shown incredibly strong traction with private and institutional clients, which is not the usual case at such an early stage.
